Here's a little dress card I made for my nieces birthday this Friday!
I got the top template from here --- the bottom is pleated paper and tissue paper.
Supplies:
- Tissue Paper
- Rhinestones
- Glitter
- Ribbon
- 3D Flower Die (Sizzix)
